Birth Doula: 

As your birth doula, I provide continuous care and encouragement throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth. My role is to walk alongside you and your partner, offering emotional reassurance, physical comfort measures, and evidence-based information so you feel informed and empowered in every decision.

During labor, I help create a calm, supportive environment, guiding with comfort techniques such as breathing, movement, massage, and positioning. I also support your birth partner so they feel confident and involved, making sure you both feel cared for and respected.

My goal is to hold space for your unique birth experience—whether at home, a birth center, or the hospital—so you feel supported, heard, and not alone.

Price: $700. Includes two prenatal visits, continual labor and delivery support, and one postpartum visit.

Postpartum Doula:

Bringing a baby home is a beautiful and tender season, but it can also feel overwhelming. As your postpartum doula, I provide compassionate, practical support for both you and your family as you adjust to life with your newborn.

I offer a listening ear, gentle encouragement, and guidance on newborn care and feeding. I can assist with light household tasks, breastfeeding support, and creating space for you to rest, recover, and focus on bonding with your baby.

My role is to nurture the whole family—helping you feel cared for, supported, and confident in your new rhythm. Every home and family is different, so I tailor my support to what will serve you best.

With overnight support, I’m there to help with feedings and breastfeeding through the night, allowing you the gift of extra rest.

Price: $30/hr., with a minimum shift of 3 daytime hours or 8 nighttime hours.
