My Team

Current PhD Students

Rindra Narison
PhD student, neuropsychologist at the
UGECAM Bourgogne Franche Comté

I started my PhD studies in 2017. The aim of my thesis is to investigate whether the gaze cuing effect (i.e. the tendency to automatically follow other's gaze direction toward the surrounding space) is preserved in patient with unilateral spacial neglect (USN). In particular, I plan to develop a tool for diagnosing the perseverance or the extinction of the gaze cuing effect at the individual level.

Julien Goudard
PhD Student, psychologist

I started my PhD thesis in 2019. The aim is to investigate the impact of social contact on interoceptiveawareness in several ages of life (adolescent, young adults, older adults). Adolescence and late adulthood in particular Indeed, two periods of life have been associated with poorer interoceptive abilities, likely leading to risky behaviors and difficulties in emotion and socio-affective regulation. We wish to identify a way to improve interoception within these two populations.
