Grants

The PTO helps strengthen Laurel by raising funds, supporting programs, and helping remove barriers so all students can thrive. Through our annual fundraiser, we are able to give back to the school in meaningful ways.

The Laurel Elementary PTO proudly offers 2–3 grant cycles each school year, funded primarily through our annual Laps for Laurel fundraiser. These grants support innovative projects, activities, supplies, and experiences that enhance student learning and align with Laurel’s mission. Grants are intended to fund opportunities where other funding sources are not available. Laurel teachers, paraprofessionals, support staff, volunteers, parents, and students are encouraged to apply and help bring new ideas to life for our school community.
