This weekly, online, Sunday class will begin April 7. This is a drop in class. Come when you can. In this class we will use conscious dance and journaling as tools to deepen our connection to ourselves and our deepest longings. Laura will apply her experience as an Azul conscious dance instructor and her tools as a certified life coach to cultivate a safe, and supportive environment to facilitate personal growth through awareness and acceptance of what is showing up, and cultivate fluidity and movement towards freedom. No experience needed. Please bring a journal to class and wear comfortable clothes.

Dancing with the Elements
First Tuesday of each month join me on The Spit for an immersive experience dancing with the elements.
April 2 & May 7 6:30-7:30 PM
(June and July Off-Back again in August!)
Earth, water, fire, air, and ether will be our dance partners for this one hour conscious movement practice outdoors. Dancing on The Spit, you have the sense that you are dancing in the middle of the river, held by the earth beneath your feet as well as the mountains surrounding you. The air is ever present in the windy Gorge as are the birds flying over head. The air supports awakening our senses and our listening. The sounds of the river bring us back to center and inspire fluidity in our movements. The different personalities of the wind call out unique expressions. The "bonfire" on the beach invites release and supports our opening, and finally the spaciousness of the landscape supports moving towards ether and our hearts. Dress for the weather and be prepared for an adventure. Rain/snow or shine I will be there! Drop ins welcome!
How might we live our lives differently if our head was more connected to our feet, our belly, and our hearts? What if our brilliant mind was in communication with the rest of our brilliant body? I took a break from cooking dinner tonight and tried surrendering my head first to my feet, then to my belly, then to my heart, and finally just released the head entirely. It felt amazing! I reccommend giving it a try if you are stressed, anxious, or all up in your monkey mind. Enjoy!
When the mind finds silence through the movement of the body we are able to hear our hearts wisdom. -Amara Pagano
