Here at Laura Thoresen LLC, we take a personal approach to coaching. We provide a safe and judgement free environment for our clients to be and express themselves within a confidential setting.
Coaching is a time for the client and the coach to talk about a situation or challenge the client is currently experiencing. The coach creates a warm and inviting atmosphere that is judgment free. It is a real conversation. A wide range of challenges or issues both professional and personal can be discussed. Relationships, business, school, life…. Nothing is off the table.
We provide services for an individual or team. We are open to assisting employers with employees not meeting their potential.
