Pricing and availability
$3,755 per week (including cleaning and tax)
Available year around (rentals are typically from Saturday - Saturday)
Living Space
The Main House has a large living room for the whole family, including a cozy fireplace nook.
The attached porch overlooks the lake and is the perfect place for a morning cup of coffee.
Kitchen and Dining
A large, fully stocked kitchen is at your disposal, with a breakfast nook and dining room table (together can easily accommodate 12 people for meals!)
Bed and Bath rooms
The main bedroom includes a queen bed & attached bathroom (with shower and tub)
The second bedroom includes a full bed and the open loft has 4 twin beds and a full-size futon with a shared bathroom.
Office and Working Spaces
The office has a large desk and equipment to support remote work! A small desk is also available in the loft.
The Bear Den
The basement is filled with activities - including a pool table, ping pong table, foosball, TV, and an assortment of games!
Laundry
The Beach
Laughing Bear's private beach is shared with other renters
