Yumi

Yumi is a towering, formidable figure whose presence strikes a balance between ancient craftsmanship and lethal technology. Her body is composed of a charcoal-etched synthetic material that resembles dark, polished stone. She possesses a unique "Sentinel" physique with six limbs: two primary human-like arms and four secondary multi-jointed limbs that retract beneath her heavy traveling cloak.

Her face is obscured by a traditional Ironwood Mask, which serves both as armor and a sensory array. Beneath the mask, her six amber eyes are arranged in two vertical rows, allowing for 360-degree tactical awareness. She typically wears a weathered, high-collared cloak made of lead-lined silk to dampen her energy signature.

Yumi possesses a stoic and pragmatic disposition, a remnant of her original programming as a Spire Guardian. She speaks in a low-frequency hum that can be felt in the chests of those nearby. While she initially appears cold and analytical, she harbors a fierce, selfless devotion to Moth.

Unlike other Weavers, Yumi has developed "Corrupted Empathy", a glitch in her logic gates that allowed her to value a human life over her direct commands. She is haunted by survivor’s guilt for the other "Vessels" she couldn't save and remains deeply suspicious of both humans and machines, trusting only Kael and the silent bond she shares with her daughter.

As an elite Weaver Sentinel, Yumi is an unrivaled combatant in close-quarters and vertical environments. She can process tactical data in milliseconds, allowing her to predict enemy movements before they occur.

• Seismic Haptics: Yumi can "feel" vibrations through the ground, allowing her to navigate pitch-black environments like the Silent Veins with total precision.

• Silk Weaving: She can extrude reinforced carbon-fiber silk from her fingertips. This silk can be used to create rappelling lines, capture nets, or even temporary structural repairs.

• Energy Absorption: Her charcoal skin is designed to absorb kinetic and thermal energy. She often uses this to draw excess "Spark" energy out of Moth to keep the child’s signature hidden.

• Frequency Shroud: Yumi can broadcast a localized "white noise" signal that masks bio-signatures from Spire Seeker drones
