The 'Doola Scam'

Hello everyone, love you all. I will like to introduce you to a new scam that is appearing online called Doola. I like scientifically testing things myself. I had a meeting with a "Caroline Williams" about expanding my business to the USA. The trick is my business is already expanded to the U.S.A. thanks to the tax treaties we have signed. So if anyone attempts anywhere in the world I can say to "Cease and Desist". These fraudsters will say to you that can set up your business in the U.S.A. and get you an EIN number. I asked if my BIR number from Trinidad and Tobago will work as an EIN and google informed me yes , its fine. So if you know that your country has already signed tax treaties with the U.S.A. you don't have to use Doola. Anyway I wanted to know how they manage everything, obviously if your not in the U.S.A. you cannot speak make entrance into the registration department and get paperwork that you need you have to get it through Doola. I wanted to have the "U.S." branch separate to my current one which loves all of you so much but I was explaining I need venture capital. It is fraud, it is something illegal, if I try to get venture capital without giving the investor/shareholder something from the government that they attained a certain amount of shares in the business, any thief can simple scribble down okay these amount of shares are yours, on a piece of paper and walk away with your money. In the business world especially with LLC's that are in the public domain , not PLC's which is private, every investor has to buy shares in your business. Those shares have to registered with the government, it has to be recognized so that your broker can simply put that into your portfolio. The madness this woman was telling about percent's , oh, they cannot get the investor any proof that they are, "We don't deal with that sir" and "we just register you business sir" , so why the hell would anyone here on mother earth would register a business using your service? What for? You know she even got scared, thinking she can just say that she has another meeting. It disgusted me I almost threw up. Please be advised this is another one of those scams trying to even steal up to $2000 U.S. dollars from you annual and trust me you will be arrested eventually using their service.
