Effective date: 18 October 2026
This privacy policy explains what information the mobile game Last Line: Survivors ("the game", "we", "us") collects, how it is used and the choices you have. The game is available on Android and iPhone and is developed by Ruan van Vollenstee (RVV Studios).
Summary
You do not need an account to play, and we do not ask for your name, email address or phone number.
Your game progress is stored only on your device.
The game may show optional rewarded video ads through Unity LevelPlay (Unity Technologies) and its ad network partners, such as Unity Ads and ironSource. They may collect device information, such as your advertising ID, to show and measure ads. Where the law requires it, you are asked for consent first. On iPhone the game also asks for your permission to track before ads can use your advertising ID.
In-app purchases are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see your payment details.
The game sends anonymous gameplay statistics and crash reports to GameAnalytics so we can find stages that are too hard or too easy, fix crashes and improve the game.
Information stored on your device
The game saves your progress on your device. This includes stages cleared, coins, upgrades, weapons and support items you have bought, settings and daily reward status. This save file is not sent to us or anyone else. You can erase it by uninstalling the game or clearing its data in your device settings.
Analytics and crash reports (GameAnalytics)
The game uses GameAnalytics (GameAnalytics Ltd.) to collect anonymous statistics, such as: which stage you start and whether you win or lose, which weapons and upgrades you pick, how long a run lasts, purchases made (product name only), and crash and error reports. GameAnalytics also receives technical information about your device, such as device model, operating system version, app version, country (from your IP address) and an anonymous device identifier created by the SDK. We do not use this data to identify you.

Advertising (Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads, ironSource)
The game uses Unity LevelPlay, an ad mediation service from Unity Technologies, to show rewarded videos (which you choose to watch, for example to revive or double your coins). LevelPlay runs an auction between ad networks, including Unity Ads and ironSource, and may in future include Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, these companies may collect and process:
your device's advertising ID (Android advertising ID, or the iOS advertising identifier if you allow tracking),
your IP address and approximate location derived from it,
device and app information (model, operating system, language, app version),
how you interact with ads.
Their use of this data is described in their policies:
Unity Privacy Policy (LevelPlay, Unity Ads, ironSource): https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy
Google Privacy Policy (consent form and, if enabled, AdMob): https://policies.google.com/privacy
Your choices: where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), the game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and your answer is passed to the ad providers. Users in the US can use the "do not sell or share my personal information" setting, which the game also passes on. On iPhone you can allow or refuse tracking when the game asks, and change it later in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your device).
In-app purchases
Optional purchases (weapons, support items, coin packs) are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. They handle your payment details, and we receive only confirmation that a purchase was made so that we can unlock it. You can restore purchases with Settings > Restore Purchases.
Children
The game is not designed for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Data sharing and retention
We do not sell your personal information. Data collected by GameAnalytics and the ad providers (Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads, ironSource, Google) is handled by those companies under their own policies, linked above. Anonymous statistics may be kept as long as they are useful for improving the game.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information held about you, or to object to its processing. Because we do not collect your name or contact details, we usually cannot link statistics to you, but you can contact us and we will help where we can.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
