His journey into social work began during his formative years at St. Al Haneef Educational Centre, where he developed a deep-seated commitment to making a positive impact in society.

Driven by a vision to empower through education and promote safety and health awareness, Sourabh embarked on his career at the age of 17. Over the years, he has accumulated nearly two years of hands-on experience in the field, shaping his dedication to creating meaningful change.

Under Sourabh's leadership, Last Benchers Association was established with a clear mission: to ensure every child in India has access to quality education and essential knowledge about safety and health.
