Registration Deadline: July 3, 2026
Deadline to apply for support: June 3, 2026

Student and Postdoc Accommodation (not included in registration fee):
We have a limited number of accommodation spaces available for graduate students and postdoctoral researchers. The fee is USD 100 for the entire event (includes breakfast).

Support for students

We are happy to offer support for students attending LASITS 2026:

• Accommodation Grants: A limited number of grants are available. Apply directly through the registration form by June 3, 2026.

• Registration Scholarships: We also have a limited number of scholarships offering reduced registration fees. Select this option during registration by June 3, 2026, if interested.

• Travel Grants (Latin America): A limited number of travel grants are available specifically for students from Latin America. Applications can be submitted through the registration form by June 3, 2026.
