Video competition - Last Date extended to 30 Sep 2021
An video competition will be organised as part of Laryngology Summit 2021. The video competition will be in the form of short 5 minute video presentation uploaded on YouTube and showcased. The videos can be in the form of ePapers / operative steps / procedures / educational videos / case presentations etc. The videos will be judged for scientific content, presentation and online interaction. The medium of the video should be in English only.
Eligibility
There are three categories
Postgraduate students (participant should be currently enrolled in a post graduate program)
Junior Consultants (<10yrs after obtaining PG degree),
Senior Consultants (>10yrs after obtaining PG degree)
(PG degree- MS/DNB/ Diploma in any medical subject / MSc in Audiology / Speech Language Pathology / other allied health professionals).
Instructions for the Video competition
All participants are required to register for Laryngology Summit 2021 and submit their entries online only using the link provided.
The video should be at maximum 05 minutes long and will need to be uploaded to YouTube by the participant on his / her own channel/ account.
Only videos uploaded after 10 Sep 2021 will be considered. The visibility should be set as 'Unlisted' during the upload process on YouTube.
To upload video on YouTube, You may refer to many video guides available for eg: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H8yrblAj-V4 .
The video should in Landscape mode only
The medium of the video should be in English only
The link of the uploaded video should then be included in the submission form.
The video will be available for view to all registered delegates during the conference and showcased.
Videos will be open for comments by all delegates and participants will be expected to reply to the comments.
The video should include the title, names of all authors and affiliation.
The video should clearly indicate that it is being submitted for the Laryngology Summit 2021.
A participant can send in multiple videos entries. Each entry must be however separately submitted. The participant will be eligible for one prize only.
The videos will be screened by a screening committee and selected participants will be intimated by email.
The final selection / result will be at the sole discretion of the Scientific committee.
