Instructions - ePosters

An ePoster competition will be organised as part of Laryngology Summit 2021. The ePosters will be in the form of a jpg / pdf file which will be displayed in a virtual gallery throughout the conference. The ePoster will be judged for its novelty, innovation, presentation, methodology, research element, implications of results. The posters should be self explanatory and aesthetically pleasing. Posters will be open for comments using an online discussion board by all delegates and participants will be expected to reply to the comments. The medium of presentation will be in English only.

There are three categories

• Postgraduate students (participant should be currently enrolled in a post graduate program)

• Junior Consultants (<10yrs after obtaining PG degree),

• Senior Consultants (>10yrs after obtaining PG degree)

(PG degree- MS/DNB/ Diploma in any medical subject / MSc in Audiology / Speech Language Pathology / other allied health professionals).

• All participants are required to register for Laryngology Summit 2021 and submit their entries online only using the link provided.

• The ePoster should be in the form of a jpg / pdf file in landscape mode in 4:3 aspect ratio. The resolution should be sufficient to be clearly read on screens.

• The maximum file size to upload is 10 MB.

• The poster should include the title of the ePoster, names of all authors and affiliation.

• The poster should clearly indicate that it is being submitted for the Laryngology Summit 2021.

• A participant can send in multiple ePosters entries. Each entry must be however separately submitted. The participant will be eligible for one prize only.

• Posters will be screened by a screening committee and selected participants will be intimated by email

• The final selection / result will be at the sole discretion of the Scientific committee.
