Caring for the Caregiver Training
Caring for the Caregiver Training
Due to the nature of emotional labor involved in helping professions (e.g., education, social services, anti-human trafficking, etc.), burnout, secondary trauma stress, and/or compassion fatigue are inevitable in direct service providers. This is often due to a lack of or insufficient training and support. The Caring for the Caregiver Training focuses on building the resilience and well-being of individuals in direct service work and helping professions.
