Laura Violone graduated Summa Cum Laude from Saint John’s University in September 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. She majored in Economics and received a double minor in Mathematics and Business Administration. Upon graduation, Laura worked for KPMG Peat Marwick for three years as an Employee Benefits Specialist. She then began working with Robert Grathwohl Associates, Inc. in 1992. She was a Senior Consultant at Robert Grathwohl Associates, Inc. for 14 years until its President Barbara Grathwohl retired from the business. At which time, Laura purchased her book of business from Robert Grathwohl Associates, Inc. and established her own company, Lanj Associates, LLC. in 2006, specializing in expert pension administration services. Laura’s book of business runs the gamut from small to large plans, from 403(b) to 401(k) as well as money purchase and profit sharing plans.
