1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Languan ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Languan is an educational and cognitive training application that provides:

• Language Learning: Interactive lessons and vocabulary practice in multiple languages.

• Mathematics Challenges: Daily exercises to improve mental calculation and logic.

• Chess Strategy: Interactive modules to learn chess moves and tactics.

• Progress Tracking: Local storage of your learning milestones and high scores.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Free Features

Languan offers a free version with limited lessons and games. Advanced content and full access to all languages/games require an active Languan Premium subscription.

3.2 Languan Premium

Languan Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription with the following plans:

• Weekly: Billed every 7 days

• Monthly: Billed every 30 days

• Yearly: Billed every 365 days

3.3 Payment

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

• Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.

• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. User Responsibilities

By using Languan, you agree to:

• Use the App only for personal, educational purposes.

• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

Languan is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy in our educational content (Languages, Math, Chess), we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or fluency levels. In no event shall Languan or its developers be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

6. System Permissions

Languan may require certain permissions to function correctly:

• Microphone: For pronunciation practice (Optional).

• Notifications: For daily learning reminders (Optional). You may revoke these permissions at any time through your device's Settings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, lessons, and functionality of Languan, including but not limited to design, graphics, and code, are the exclusive property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
