Languan ("we", "our", or "the App") is an educational application designed to help you learn new languages, improve your mathematical skills, and master chess strategies. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

Languan is designed with privacy at its core. We do not collect, store, or transmit:

• Browsing history

• Contacts or calendar data

• Device identifiers for tracking purposes

Information Processed Locally on Your Device

The following data is accessed and processed entirely on your device to provide a personalized learning experience and is never sent to any server:

• Learning Progress: Your scores in language quizzes, math challenges, and chess moves are stored locally to track your improvement.

• Microphone Access (Optional): If you use voice practice features, audio is processed locally for speech recognition and is never recorded or uploaded.

• Game Logic: All mathematical calculations and chess move validations are performed on-device.

Subscription Information

If you subscribe to Languan Premium, your payment is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment details, credit card number, or Apple ID credentials. Apple's privacy policy governs this transaction.

Data Storage

• On-Device Only: All progress and learning data remains on your device. We do not operate any servers to collect user data.

• App Preferences: Your settings (target language, difficulty level, sound preferences) are stored locally using Apple's standard UserDefaults mechanism.

Third-Party Services

Languan does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. The only third-party service involved is:

• Apple StoreKit: Used exclusively for processing in-app subscription purchases. Governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

Languan is an educational app. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. All learning data stays on the device.

Data Deletion

Since Languan does not collect or store any personal data on external servers, there is no user data to delete from our end. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored preferences and progress.
