Language Youth RFG Ministries is a nonprofit founded by Chance Mabonge, registered with the national IRS as 501(c)(3) organization committed to empowering refugee youth around the world through language education, spiritual mentorship, creative expression, and life skills development. We support young refugees in their journey of integration, identity, and independence — equipping them to thrive in new communities while honoring their past.

Our Roots
Our Roots
Our ministries was founded by Chance Mabonge, who was born in the Nyarugusu Refugee Camp in Tanzania. Arriving in the U.S. in 2018 with no English and big dreams, Chance experienced firsthand the barriers and opportunities that shape the refugee journey. His personal transformation inspired the creation of Language Youth RFG — a space where refugee youth are seen, heard, and supported.
