Command Sergeant Major (CSM) Bargaineer is the rock of the Panther Battalion. Some would even say he's our backbone. CSM is tough on the outside and warm on the inside. Perfection on the drill team and Push-ups is his expertise. The Panther Battalion wouldn't be as mighty without our Command Sergeant Major.
