Sauna

Langley Wilding Sauna is a simple place to enjoy nature, support your wellbeing and relax. 

Take a break from your screens and the busyness of the day to soak in the warmth, cool down listening to birdsong, embrace a cold plunge if it calls to you and share in a tradition that has brought people together around the world for generations. 

Things to note:

• Please bring with you: swimwear, two towels (one for sitting on and one for drying off), a torch for evening bookings and warm layers for after the session. 

• Please make sure that you and everyone in your group has read the Sauna Rules, Health Declaration and Acceptance of Risk . You will be required to sign a copy of this on arrival.
