Langley Wilding Campsite is set in a wildflower meadow, surrounded by woodland on Lodge Farm just outside Kirk Langley. It offers a simple eco-friendly getaway where you can enjoy peaceful surroundings, connect with nature and escape the bustle of everyday life.
The camping meadow has ten spacious, mown, grass pitches surrounded by wildflowers and long grass. The pitches are suitable for tents and campervans as well as tent boxes and trailer tents. We have vehicle free areas of the camping meadow for quieter and safer relaxation and play.
Langley Wilding Campsite also has a cotton canvas bell tent which is the perfect option is you love camping but don't want to put up a tent, sleep on an air bed or in a sleeping bag.
Whether you're coming for a weekend break, a family adventure, or a solo retreat, you’re very welcome here.
We have four composting loos in our custom built, timber frame facilities block. These loos can process human waste and loo paper only. There are bins provided for all other waste.
There are two hot showers in our facilities block supplied by mains water. Both cubicles have hooks for your belongings and one is family friendly being a bit larger and having a bench.
Our under cover washing up and handwashing area makes the most of the natural light. There are two sinks supplied by mains water with hot and cold taps.
Dedicated bins are provided for general waste, glass, plastic and paper and card recycling next to the washing up area. We can only recycle items that are sored and rinsed out before being put into the bins.
