Volunteering and Other SHS Duties

T-shirt design - due 11/17:

• Will count as half an hour and can be used once

• Must contact Dr. O’Malley and David Sun with the design

The Basics:

• Dues must be paid at the beginning of the year

• 3 hours of service are required each quarter

Examples of service:

• • Through the discussion board in Schoology - fill out all required forms

  • Any community-based service that involves science or conservation

  • Attending online or in-person seminars or lectures

  • Submit a design for the 2022-2023 SHS T-shirt for 1/2 an hour of service plus 2 1/2 hours service for creating the winning artwork

  • Tutoring in science subjects
