This website is devoted to promoting best practices for bicyclists regarding how to position themselves on the road. "Best practices" refer to what is both legal and recommended by transportation safety experts. Unfortunately, many people do not have a good understanding of these issues. The information about state laws is specific to Oregon, but similar laws exist in many other states.
