Individual feedback using a rubric from the key content and skills required to be successful in the course assessment. This is then 'traffic lighted' so that the pupil is clear as to where they are in their learning.
Has a specific RMPS focus but could be adapted fr many auricular areas.
Whole class feedback. I use this by collating the evidence from a piece of work, populating this feedback sheet. photocopying it and then allowing pupils to work though the feedback in groups.
The work wall of fame helps to celebrate the good work and effort in the class. I think the incomplete work section helps build accountability, however knowing your pupils well and exercising wisdom is key for this bit.
