Welcome Prospective Families!

I am excited to announce that Lancaster Family Farms: Outdoor Preschool is now a Licensed Certified Family Child Care Provider and will be opening Monday, September 20th for the 2021/2022 school year. Priority will be given to families enrolled with Oregon DHS assistance (ERDC).

This time next month, I will be watching your children dig their hands into soft soil in the garden beds to pull out the largest worm they have ever seen, pick ripe tomatoes off the vine and pop them straight into their mouth, and gawk at the first eggs our young chickens produce. We will use our imagination to take us to far off places to learn about plants and animals as we compare what we learn to living things closer to home. We will run, play, stretch, and grow in our outdoor classroom as well as our indoor one. We will practice naming our emotions and feelings as we communicate and relate to one another. Most of all, we will have a lot of FUN!
