The course helps you learn how to read the Bible with confidence and depth, without treating it like a rulebook or a collection of random verses. The Bible is a library of ancient writings shaped by real communities across centuries, and learning to read it well takes practice. This course gives you a clear, practical framework used by Christians for generations: Observation, Interpretation, and Application.
You will learn how to slow down and notice what a passage actually says, how to interpret it in context (history, culture, geography, worldview, and tradition), and how to build a bridge from “then” to “now” so Scripture connects to real life today. You’ll also be introduced to helpful tools like multiple translations, word studies, Bible dictionaries, and commentaries.
This course is designed for anyone who wants to engage Scripture more responsibly, more thoughtfully, and more faithfully. The goal is not academic perfection. The goal is transformation: learning to love God and love neighbor with your whole life, including your mind.
