Trimaris hosts one Kingdom Arts & Sciences Faire each year.
The Art & Sciences Faire is a traditional, academic style Faire, in which individual pieces are entered into a specific category. This is an academic and artistic faire in which the entrant competes against a set parameter of rules at their chosen level. The emphasis is on education and constructive feedback.
There are three levels of entry at each Faire: Novice, Journeyman, and Masterwork. Entries will be evaluated by a panel of judges and scored according to the criteria specified for each level of entry. Evaluation forms for each level are available to all entering prior to the faire and should be used to guide the development and completion of your project.

If you wish to enter please kindly pre-registrar using the Art-Sci Pre-Reg Form
All other entrants will need to provide their own judging forms in triplicate the morning of the event at check-in.
If you do not meet the pre-registration window, please email Artsci@Trimaris.org to alert us you’ll need table space, and so we can make sure everyone is prepared.
There is NO guarantee we will have your specific form on file, in triplicate for your judges so please do not depend on it. Fortune favors the prepared.
Volunteer to be a Judge!
To volunteer to judge, you must have either judged a Trimaris Kingdom Art Sci Fair prior, or you may shadow judge another evaluator your first time out. We seek to ensure due calibration of a new-to-you system, and ensure our entrants who have worked so very hard receive a fair and measured review. We also ensure at least three judges per entry, for well rounded feedback.

This is paid for from the Kingdom Art Sci Budget - or donation. No part of your event fee covers this kindness to those who serve as Judges.
