Show Day Schedule for Riders
6:30-Promptly arrive at show site to help get the horses ready for the day. Please plan for traffic, as we need to get the horses ready in time for the show.
8(ish)-Coaches will draw horses for riders (this is when you will find out who you are riding)
9-show startsÂ

High school usually shows in classes closer to the morning.
Middle school shows in the afternoon.
Middle School helps hold the horses in between classes in the morning.
High School helps hold the horse in between classes in the afternoon.
After the show, two people will need to go back to the barn and help unload all of the horses. (This will rotate with each show, so everyone should only have to do this once in the season.)

6:30-7:30-Set up our team area, organize snacks, etc
12ish-lunch, provided by the team
4/5ish-show ends. We will need people to help tear down the area and make sure the area is clean.
