Holistic Health Coaching - Weaving Values, Principles, Accessibility, and Ancestry into Health and Healing.

Holistic Health Coaching is exquisitely personalized. It is a journey into your ancestry, your values and your soul. It is understanding how the experiences in your life, in your family's life, and in your community have shaped you. As a health consultant, I believe it impossible to design a health plan that does not include personalized holistic coaching, but my patients must find these answers for themselves.

For me, it was defining the sadness in my life and healing from it. It was identifying and reducing the 'noise' in my life: stress from commitments and financial burdens that did not align with my priorities. It was defining the word REVERENCE and applying it to every moment in my life. It was seeing myself as a Métis woman and recognizing my ancestral connection with the land. It was in finding the love of my life and the birth of my daughter that prioritized my mental and physical health as an extension of theirs.

Perhaps for you, it is learning how to make your grandma's recipes or building a garden. It could be that you must take your hours of electively spent on screen time or on the couch and spending them outdoors or doing something creative. Perhaps your things own you and you can downsize your life and become rich in free time. It all starts with defining your PRIORITIES. Priorities that are simple, foundational and unwavering.

Holistic health can only be defined from one's own perspective. In all consultations, I share my story, and encourage the weaving of elements from your own story into the health rituals we design.

Clients will receive researched coaching tools and tips through diverse mechanisms, including books, podcasts, and examples. Together, and over 3 months of tailoring, we will find the roadmap to change that will enhance your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

I look forward to hearing your story!

My Priorities

Quality: Making the most of the moment. Presence. Adventure.

Family: Striving for making memories with family and honouring existing memories and heritage.

Time: Being rich in free time. Being healthy so that you can enjoy the time that you have left.
