Restaurante Carlos is located near Plaza Constitution and offers a full menu of Spanish cuisine. Minutes from the Spain/Gibraltar border, if you are wanting to try or have some traditional Spanish food, Restaurante Carlos is your place!
The quality and freshness of the meal is evident, the service was prompt, and everything came out hot. The Roquefort sauce on the pork loin was excellent. The gazpacho had great flavor.
The menu is displayed in both English and Spanish so it makes ordering easier if you don’t know all the words in Spanish.
Keep in mind drinks included could be a beer, wine, water, or soda. There may also be other options. I like when they don’t skimp on the drink and include beer and wine as an option. Try pairing a local Spanish wine with your traditional Spanish meal.
Most of the time restaurants that offer a daily menu will let you swap out the dessert for a coffee, don’t be afraid to ask if you’d prefer coffee.
