Rates are valid until December 31, 2024 only.

• Security cash deposit of P2000 for damages to property upon check-in, if any.

• Unauthorized additional guest/s in excess of 12 pax (whether staying overnight or not) will automatically forfeit your security deposit and will be charged accordingly.

• We require a 50% deposit for reservations made at least 7 days prior to your intended date and pay the remaining the day before your arrival.

• Non-refundable if cancellation is made within 7 days from the intended date.

• Rebooking is subject to the place's availability and owner's approval.
