THE OWNER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING AT ANYTIME SHOULD THERE BE ANY VIOLATION OF THE HOUSE RULES.
BE QUIET. Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties—especially during night time.
BE SAFE. Guests are fully responsible for their own safety and security, and that of their children at all times. EXTRA PRECAUTION must be taken around the POOL AREA.
BE CAREFUL. All damages and breakages must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as reasonably practicable.
Pets are allowed but not in the pool.
Pets must always be wearing their diapers
Smoking is allowed but not inside (except for vapes)
Kitchen is complete with appliances and utensils
CCTVs are installed in the common areas
Posting of any decor on the wall is strictly prohibited.
Towels and toiletries are not provided.
CLEAN AS YOU GO.
