We currently ship across most cities, towns, and villages in India. Delivery availability may vary based on the pin code and the seller’s location.
2. Shipping Time
• Standard Delivery: Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
• Local Delivery (Same City/Town): In some cases, delivery can be completed within 1–2 days, depending on the seller’s and buyer’s location.
• Dispatch Time: Sellers are expected to dispatch orders within 24–48 hours of receiving them.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or logistical delays.
3. Shipping Charges
• Free Shipping is available on selected products or for orders above a certain amount (as mentioned on the product page).
• For all other orders, shipping charges may apply and will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email to monitor your shipment. You can also track your order in the “My Orders” section on Lakeviya.com.

If a delivery fails after multiple attempts, the product will be returned to the seller and a refund (if applicable) will be processed as per our Return Policy.
