1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or replacement if:
• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
• The item is missing parts or accessories
• The product is not as described on the website
Note: Certain items like perishable goods (e.g., vegetables, food), personal hygiene items, or custom-made products are not eligible for return unless they are delivered in damaged or expired condition.
2. Return Window
• Most products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
• Returns after the 7-day window may not be accepted unless there is a valid issue reported earlier.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please:
1. Log in to your Lakeviya.com account
2. Go to “My Orders”
3. Click on the product you wish to return
4. Select “Return” and choose the reason
5. Upload a photo if the item is damaged or incorrect
You can also contact our support team directly by email or phone.
4. Return Pickup
• We will arrange a free pickup from your address if return pickup service is available in your area.
• Please ensure the item is packed properly with all original tags, invoices, and packaging.
• If pickup is not available, you may be asked to self-ship the item. Shipping costs (if applicable) may be reimbursed.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
• A full refund will be processed to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, wallet, etc.)
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the item
• If the product is not eligible for refund, we will notify you via email/phone
6. Replacements
In case you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, and if stock is available, we will ship a new item at no extra cost.
7. Important Notes
• Items must be in original condition and unused for returns to be accepted
• Lakeviya reserves the right to reject return requests if we find signs of misuse or fraud
• For products sold by third-party sellers, return approval may depend on their individual return policy
