Board meetings are held the second Monday of every month in the Clubhouse at 9:00 a.m.

If you plan on holding an estate sale, please be sure to call a Board Member to discuss the time, date, and parking plan.
If you would like to host an event at Pavilion Park, please call (251-955-5294) Sylvia Womack, Beautification Board Chair to leave a message about scheduling an event.
Rules of Usage of Pavilion Park:
The park must be cleaned of all trash and items by the end of the day of your event.
No fireworks can be lit off of the deck.
DO NOT dispose of dog waste in community trash cans!
Cost of Renting the Park:
Residents of Lake View Estates and Villas: $50.00 refundable cleaning deposit (you will receive this back if the park is cleaned at the end of your event)
Non-Residents: $100.00 ($50.00 refundable cleaning deposit and $50.00 non-refundable event fee)
