Lakeside Forest is governed by a six-member volunteer board of trustees, each elected to a three-year term by a majority vote of the homeowners, to oversee the operation of the association and all of its amenities.
Buying and owning a home in the Lakeside Forest Association neighborhood is unique! Realtors and Prospective Buyers should familiarize themselves with the the HOA's governing documents prior to purchasing an LFA home.
In addition to the shared lake, Lakeside Forest residents enjoy a range of private common-area amenities: two gated entrances, fuly forested property, two quaint park areas, an island with a gazebo and pool surrounded by a lagoon with fountains and waterfalls, and a sports amenity that incorporates a tennis court, two pickleball courts, and a basketball hoop.
The A&D Committee is charged by the LFA Board of Trustees to work with all LFA property owners and residents to preserve the beauty, harmony and aesthetic continuity of our community.
The Association’s legal and approved foundational & governing documents can be viewed and/or downloaded by current residents, prospective homeowners, and realtors.
This hidden gem in southern Westerville was developed in 1981 with the Deeded concept as a gated community with over 50 homes placed throughout a small tract of hilly, forested terrain.
