Student Accounts
FOA maintains accounts for Lakes' Fine Arts students. Students may earn money for their account by participating in school-sponsored fundraising opportunities. Funds may be used for supplies, school trips, uniforms, fees, etc. To use funds, print and complete this Student Account Funds Request Form. In the spring of a student's Senior year, funds may be transferred to another current student or incoming Freshman's account; to transfer funds, complete this Student Account Transfer Funds Form. Any money remaining in a student account after a student isn't enrolled at Lakes Community High School (usually through transfer or graduation) will be transferred to the FOA General Account.
