Event Info

Arrival: Doors will open at 9:30am each morning.  Teams will not have access to locker rooms until after half time of the game before, so please plan your arrival accordingly.

Awards: Awards will be presented after the championship game for each bracket on Monday.

Basketballs: Basketballs will be provided for warm-ups and game play. Nike will be the official game ball.  Teams do not need to bring any basketballs.

Benches: Each team will be assigned a bench based on if they are the home or away team.

Brackets: The tournament has three 8-team brackets (Navy, White, and Red).  Brackets will be located in the lobby between the East and West gym and will be updated at the conclusion of each game.  Brackets will also be updated on the tournament website.

Coach Passes: Each team will receive four 3-day bracelets for coaches and a scorekeeper. 

College Coaches: Please check-in at the admissions table by the sign that says ‘Media and College Coaches’. 

Conduct: All players, coaches and spectators are expected to maintain a positive, respectful and sportsmanlike environment.  Any act of discrimination or harassment will not be tolerated.

Home/Away: The top team listed on the bracket will be the AWAY team.  The bottom team listed on the bracket will be the HOME team.

Locker Rooms: Each team will be assigned a locker room based on the gym they are playing in and if they are home or away.  You will have access to your assigned locker room after halftime of the game directly before your game.  Your team will be able to gather in this locker room before your game and at half time.  You will not have access to this locker room after the game.

*Please have players take their belongings to the bench as each game will have different teams using the space after half time.

Media: Please check-in at the admissions table by the sign that says ‘Media and College Coaches’. 

Rules: Games are standard Oregon OSAA, NHFS rules. There will be a 35-second shot clock.

Scorekeepers: Each team is responsible for keeping their own scorebook.  The home team will be the official book for each game.

Trainer: There will be a full-time trainer available for the tournament.  They will be set up in the West Gym in the player tunnel entrance.  The trainer will be available starting at 10:15am each day.

T-shirts: Each tournament participant receives a t-shirt.  Teams will receive a maximum of 15 shirts.  Coaches will be asked to fill out a size list when they check in on Saturday.

Uniforms: Home teams will wear white colored uniforms.  Away teams will wear dark colored uniforms.

Admission: Daily entry is ​$8 for adults and $6 for kids (age 6-18) and seniors (age 65+).  Kids 5 and under are free.  Doors will open at 9:30am each day.  Cash and Venmo will be accepted.

Concessions: There will be a limited selection of food and snacks available for purchase.  Only cash and Venmo will be accepted.

Gyms: The West gym is the gym on the right as you enter.  The East gym is the gym to the left.

Payment: Cash and Venmo will be accepted for admission and concessions. 

Restrooms: Restrooms are located down the hall past the concessions table.

Questions: If you need assistance with anything throughout the tournament, volunteers at the admissions and concessions table, anyone with an NIS lanyard or any member of the Lake Oswego coaching staff would be happy to help you.

Water: Water fountains and a water bottle fill station is located in the lobby by the concessions table.
