The MTBS tool allows for interactive exploration of the Monitoring Trends in Burn Severity (MTBS) data record. The portal is built on the Earth Engine platform but does not require coding.
MTBS also provides a data catalog where you can download their files in KML to use in other Google geotools click here then click on the Map Services tab to get files in KML format
You can call up the the Monitoring Trends in Burn Severity (MTBS) burned area boundaries in the Google Earth Data Catalog:
https://developers.google.com/earth-engine/datasets/catalog/USFS_GTAC_MTBS_burned_area_boundaries_v1
Open it in the Earth Engine Code Editor by scrolling down to the code snipped (see below) and clicking on the blue Open in Code Editor button. Once the Code Editor opens you need to click Run (see below).
You don't need to know coding to view the fire perimeters and use the mapping tools for navigation, adding points, lines and polygons, and changing the base map. You can also do your own analyses, but to add code you will need to be comfortable working with code snippets to use the Earth Engine code editor. Tutorial click here
