Your child has already accomplished so much in their classes - self-discipline, independence, creativity, confidence, flexibility, and strength, and has developed their technical ability. With the loving support of their teachers and dance friends, they have discovered they are capable of greatness!

Your child will now embark on another valuable facet of dance education:  Learning choreography and practicing for a live performance.  Many of your children have danced in our shows before and know the priceless value live performance offers. If this is your child's first time, we cannot wait for your child (and you!) to experience a  live performance.  It is exhilarating, empowering, and a celebration of your child's advancements throughout the term.  

If you are new to the Performance experience, we strive to make the experience as simple for you as possible.   We recommend that you take the time to review the information as it comes out and put the important dates into your calendar as it becomes available.  We also recommend you download our Lake Shore Dance app (hosted by TeamApp) and sign up for notifications.  This way, you will receive notifications and updates in real-time and in bite-size pieces. There are calendar reminders and quick links on our app that will help simplify the experience. 

This website includes all of the answers to your questions including when your child performs, volunteering your time, picture day, and ordering memorabilia to make the show even more special for your dancer.  This is your primary reference for the Spring Show information.  Please bookmark this website so you can reference it frequently.  We will update this website frequently as details are finalized.
