DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All products are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped unless stated otherwise.

DELIVERY

Digital files are delivered instantly or within 24 hours of purchase. Be sure to download and save your files for future use.

NO REFUNDS

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not available once files have been delivered.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Our templates are designed for Canva and/or Affinity Designer. Buyers are responsible for having the required software, accounts, and basic editing knowledge. Fonts used in Affinity Designer are not included and may be replaced with your preferred fonts.

PERSONAL & COMMERCIAL USE

Our templates can be used for both personal and commercial purposes.

• Personal Use – Use the templates for your own personal projects and events.

• Commercial Use – Use the templates to create and sell finished physical or printed products for yourself or your customers.

Strictly prohibited: Selling, reselling, sharing, copying, redistributing, or giving away the original template files, whether edited or unedited. The templates must never be claimed as your own or transferred to others.

TEMPLATE LICENSE

Your purchase includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template. Ownership and copyright remain with Lah Designs.

FILE RESPONSIBILITY

Please review your files before printing or publishing. Lah Designs is not responsible for errors made after editing, printing, or exporting your template.

PRINTED VERSION

Printed versions of selected templates are available through our print partner, Heylah Prints.

Printed orders are subject to Heylah Prints' pricing, production time, and printing policies. By placing a printed order, you also agree to the terms and conditions applicable to their printing services.

Note that colors may vary slightly between digital screens and printed output due to monitor settings and the printing process.
