What will I receive?

You'll receive a digital template. No physical item will be shipped unless stated otherwise.

When will I receive my files?

Most orders are delivered instantly or within 24 hours after purchase.

What software do I need?

You'll need a Canva account and/or Affinity Designer, depending on the template you purchased.

Can I use the templates for my business?

Yes! You can create and sell finished physical or printed products using our templates. Selling or sharing the original template files is strictly prohibited.

Can I get a refund?

No. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the files have been delivered.

Can I request a custom template?

Yes! If you can't find what you're looking for, feel free to message us for a custom template request to lahdesignx@gmail.com

Do you offer printed products or printed versions of your templates?

Yes! We offer printed versions through our print partner, Heylah Prints. Simply send us a message, and we'll be happy to assist with your printing needs. Printed versions are only available for Philippine residents only.
