Akilah ("DJ AW") and Delana ("DJ Blue Lotus") are back on the Lady Trackmaster roster, and we are looking for a few more DJs to join them.
You would work as an independent contractor, paid per event, taking only the dates you say yes to. We bring you the client, the contract, the deposit and the details. You show up and play.
What we are looking for: women DJs based within about 50 miles of Woodbridge, Virginia, comfortable on your own gear or ours. Two client references and a phone call with Sarah. Educators are especially welcome, though it is not a requirement.
What the work looks like: weddings, private parties, school dances and proms, corporate and holiday parties, kids' parties, senior center events and karaoke nights. A large share of our bookings are women-only celebrations, many of them for families observing their faith. On those events every person on site is a woman, no cameras come with us, and the music is agreed with the host in advance.
