(IPN Orsay, France 14-16 Nov, 2018)
This workshop organized within the French-Russian collaboration IN2P3 programme and PRC.
(HIL, Warsaw 22-25 Jan. 2018)
This workshop organized within the NUSPRASEN network activity of ENSAR2 was the occasion to discuss recent results on nuclear reactions both on the experimental and theoretical sides (see here)
(IPN Orsay, 2-6 Oct. 2017)
The goal of the workshop was firstly to bring together experts both in ab-initio methods and in nuclear energy-density-functional (EDF) theories. We believe that both communities can greatly benefit from the exchange during the workshop. More information here
We recently proposed a new approach to describe fission. In this approach, quantum effects in collective space are treated by initial fluctuations in the collective phase-space followed by an ensemble of microscopic time-dependent mean-field theory including superfluid effects. This approach was able to describe qualitatively the fragment mass distribution and total kinetic energy of fragments after fisson (read more...)
