Ceramics

Q: Can I order ceramics in advance?

A: No, we do not accept pre-orders on ceramics. This way we can keep an eye on each order that comes through and get it delivered for your enjoyment in the shortest amount of time. Any day that we offer Ceramics at Your Site, the Ceramics section will show up in our CampersApp Store right at 9am. As long as you order your ceramics before noon, you are able to have them delivered that day.


Q: How do I order ceramics?

A: The first step is to download CampersApp and create an account, if you haven’t already done so. Make sure you have a credit card saved to your CampersApp account, which allows you to purchase items in the mobile store and have them delivered to your site. When you’ve created your account, login to this campground with LAC, and then you are going to click on the Store button. Scroll all the way to the bottom, and ceramics will be listed on the bottom during the time frames that it is listed for.


Q: My CampersApp won’t let me order the ceramics or I want to pay cash, what should I do?

A: Head on up to the pavilion and you can order which ceramics you want in person! Please know that we usually only have 1 staff member in charge of ceramics, so if they are out on delivery, it may take a few minutes before you can make your purchase.


Activity Kits

Q: How do I sign up for an activity kit?

A: Go onto lakearrowheadcampground.com and click on Activities and Updates. From there, scroll down until you see the theme for the weekend. When you find it, click on “click here for more information about …”. After that you will scroll down and will see a “PDF list of activities”, right under that will be a link of “FREE Weekday activity kits” or “FREE Weekend activities”. Fill out the form all of the way and be sure that at the end of the form a message comes through and says “Thank you for your submission!”. When you see that, you have successfully signed up for an activity kit, and it will be delivered on your chosen day.


Q: What if my activity kit wasn’t delivered?

A: Make sure to double check the site number you submit into the form, that is usually the main reason that they aren’t delivered correctly. If you are sure you put in the right site number, contact the store with how many crafts and activities you signed up for, and we will get it delivered to your site as soon as we can.


Train Rides

Q: How do I sign up for a train ride?

A: Go onto the website and click on Activities and Updates. Scroll down and you will see a link for the train (it will have a different name each weekend). Fill out the form and you will be entered into the drawing to win a free train ride!


Q: How do I know if my site was chosen to ride the train?

A: Check back on that same website- Activities & Updates- and you will see a Train Timetable. We will update it throughout the weekend with the sites that have won a ride.


Q: I forgot to sign up but my kids really want to ride! What do I do?

A: Depending on how popular the train is during the weekend, our Train Conductor will pick up extra last minute sign ups. We suggest hanging out in public areas to flag him down, or by the edge of your site to let him know. You can also sign-up on our waiting list either by clicking the link that will show up when you try to sign-up, or by calling the store. But if you want to secure a spot, try to sign-up before 5pm Saturday so your site can enjoy our train! Also, make sure you sign up on Friday if you want to ride on Saturday.


Q: What adaptations are taken to COVID-19 while riding the train?

A: After each passenger exits the train, our Train Conductor sanitizes each seat and car. Sometimes we don’t have a full ride, so if your site is combined with another one, try to spread out between the cars.



Activities

Q: What are COVID-19 adaptations in activities?

A: We are trying in every way that we can to keep campers social distanced even while enjoying our activities. We have tables set out in the rec field and in the pavilion that are 6 feet apart. During activities, we try to keep everything outside unless weather doesn’t allow.




Activity Add-Ons

Q: What are Activities Add-ons?

A: Some weekends we will have merchandise available for sale from the store (examples include: tie dye kits, battery powered lights or decorations for parades).


Q: How do I order these specials?

A: On CampersApp! They will be listed under “store”, and then under the category “activities”. Make sure if they are advertised, you get them quick, because it’s only while supplies last!
