We are glad to announce the details of our next Labor and Finance conference. You can find a tentative conference program here. 

The conference will take place on  May 5, 2023, at the new building of the Columbia Business School in New York City (665 W 130th St, New York, NY 10027) in Room 620. The conference will be in person (no zoom option): it will begin on Friday morning on May 5 with breakfast and end with dinner that day.  

Due to limited capacity, attendance is on a first-come, first-served basis until the available slots are exhausted. So please register here if you are interested in attending:

There is no registration or conference fee, and meals will be provided.

Hotels:

The Columbia Business School, unfortunately, cannot sponsor hotels for the attendees, who will be responsible for booking and paying for their accommodation. In the area close to our new business school, there are not that many great hotel options. For that reason, we suggest picking a hotel that is close to subway stations close to 1 train line, which can bring you to the new business school building within a matter of minutes. For example,

• https://www.ink48.com/ (rooftop bar with the most amazing views, 11 min by Uber/taxi and 39 minutes by subway) 

• https://www.thetimehotels.com/ (closest to Broadway theaters, 16 minutes by Uber/taxi and 24 minutes by subway) 

That said, hotel prices in NYC vary wildly, so please check out a wider range of hotels that suit your budget and location preferences.
