Timpani Fabrizio was born in Rome, Italy, in 1969. He received the master's degree in electrical engineering from the Sapienza University of Rome, where he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in mathematical models for engineering and electromagnetics at the Department of Information Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications. He's a teacher of electronics and telecommunications at Technical High Schools. His current research interests include dielectric microwave measurement techniques
