This course lectures on the importance of nutrition in the clinical treatment of modern medicine through published literature and helps students learn the principles of clinical nutrition for various diseases. In addition, we learn about the functions of major organs and their regulation, and find out the principles of clinical nutrition management based on the changes in the body and the decrease and increase of nutrient requirements during various diseases.

It discusses the recently identified molecular biological functions of minerals, examining their nutritional and physiological value. The course also addresses the influence of internal and external factors on the human body and explores the implications of mineral nutrition in the occurrence and prevention of modern intractable diseases such as cancer, metabolic disorders, and degenerative diseases.
