FNS3108-01 임상영양학

This course lectures on the importance of nutrition in the clinical treatment of modern medicine through published literature and helps students learn the principles of clinical nutrition for various diseases. In addition, we learn about the functions of major organs and their regulation, and find out the principles of clinical nutrition management based on the changes in the body and the decrease and increase of nutrient requirements during various diseases.

This course aims to enhance the understanding of physiological phenomena within the body. By lecturing on the functions and physiological mechanisms of various organs and structures, the course covers the composition of tissues, the nervous system, sensory systems, the immune system, the circulatory system, and the endocrine system. Through comprehensive study, students will gain a deeper understanding of the human body.

This course delves into fundamental biochemical concepts essential for understanding food nutrition. It explores the structure and molecular functions of proteins, carbohydrates, and nucleic acids, while also providing insight into enzyme mechanisms.

This course is intended to help improve 'Quality of life' through nutritional management through meals during daily life or illness.

FNS3119-01 영양사현장실습

This course is designed to prepare students for the national nutritionist certification examination through practical field training. Over the course of two weeks, students will engage in hands-on practicum sessions to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to perform the roles and responsibilities of a nutritionist in professional settings.

This course is the clinical nutrition and nutrition-related research and initiatives in order to realize learning about different research methods and analysis of data on research results and the ability to understand the culture, and ultimately to enhance the ability to perform the research. Lessons learned that can be applied directly to the clinical nutrition research papers, review the latest findings and research methods and ability to bring technology and representation.

FNS6634-01 무기질영양

This course introduces key papers that establish an understanding of the metabolism and regulatory mechanisms of mineral nutrients. It discusses the recently identified molecular biological functions of minerals, examining their nutritional and physiological value. The course also addresses the influence of internal and external factors on the human body and explores the implications of mineral nutrition in the occurrence and prevention of modern intractable diseases such as cancer, metabolic disorders, and degenerative diseases.

This course introduces students to experiments necessary for conducting food and nutrition research, covering principles and practical applications of experimental techniques. Students will learn through lectures, presentations, and discussions.

This course aims to propose specific strategies for pursuing a healthy lifestyle using methods from nutritional science. Specifically, the course aims to assess individual nutritional status across different life stages and develop personalized nutrition plans for improving nutritional status and preventing diseases to promote and maintain a healthy life. 

FNS6520-01 개별노인맞춤영양식개발 

In response to the increasing elderly population, this course aims to propose specific strategies for pursuing a healthy elderly life using methods from nutritional science. Specifically, the course aims to assess the nutritional status of individual elderly individuals to promote and maintain a healthy elderly life, and to develop personalized nutrition plans tailored to individual elderly individuals for improving nutritional status and preventing diseases. 

SNT6659-01 고급영양학특론

This course delves into understanding the functions of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals as they relate to metabolic processes within the body. It discusses their nutritional importance based on the latest research findings and explores their practical applications. 

SNT6669-01 영양학개요및 최신이슈 

This course provides an overview of nutrition as a whole, focusing on research papers related to food nutrition issues relevant to our dietary habits. Students will explore and discuss the latest nutrition topics, enabling them to engage in discussions on contemporary nutrition issues. 

SNT6661-01 영양교육세미나 

This seminar explores current issues in nutrition, food, and nutrition education, focusing on searching for recent scholarly literature related to these issues. Through integrating and summarizing this literature, students will enhance their knowledge and understanding of the topics. Additionally, they will examine unresolved questions and develop the ability to propose research projects to address them. 

SNT6668-01 논문작성및연구방법론1

Through practical application of knowledge acquisition and its application in research activities, this course aims to enhance students' abilities in thesis writing and research. It provides hands-on experience in setting research topics, conducting literature reviews, designing research, collecting data, applying research statistical methods, interpreting results, and engaging in discussions.
