Failing?
If you're new to public speaking, chances are you're going to mess up. That's a given. The best people in the world didn't succeed on their first try, or their 2nd, or their 3rd even, but what was essential was that they kept at it. They expected failure. Understand that you're going to mess up. That's completely okay. You need to fail to succeed. You learn from your mistakes, and you get better from them. Take those failures and use them to become better! You're not going to be a grade A speaker on your first try, but through hard work and practice you can improve.
