I will be posting some pictures of your child's work for you to see! The kids are always so excited to show you what they have been working on in class. Please praise your child's work (even if it looks like a Pinterest fail...ha!) since this is such a crucial time for the kids to gain self-confidence. This will really help with their willingness to take risks, and to try new things! Below is a real example of a craft from a lovely little one in my class! Expectations vs reality...ha!

Next week, we will read "Ouch" then go outside for a nature walk to collect items to make our own hedgehogs! This lesson really helps the kids to understand that everyone's art looks different and unique, and everyone's art is a masterpiece! Stay tuned for the finished products :)
